Meet The Team
Co-Owners
Steve & Theresa Drew
Mount Tully Kennels has been open since 1981. Steve and Theresa Drew bought the store from Steve’s parents in 1998! Both Steve and Theresa are Navy veterans. Theresa is trained and excels in all areas within the store, and Steve relies on Theresa’s knowledge to do what is best for the store. Their goal is for the store to carry on and flourish as an asset to the area.

Bella
Bella has been working at Mount Tully Kennels since October of 2021. Her favorite part about working here is spending time and working with all the dogs we have come to board. She is currently a full-time student at UMASS Amherst going for a BS in animal science and plans to move on to vet school in the fall of 2028. When she is not working or in class, she spends time with her kitten Roo and her horse Stella

Meaghan
Meaghan has been a dedicated member of the Mount Tully team since October 2017. She especially enjoys spending time with the many cats that come in to board, getting to know their unique personalities and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for during their stay. Her love for animals extends beyond work—in her free time, Meaghan enjoys life on her farm, where she cares for her own animals and spends as much time outdoors as possible. Her favorite farm animals are her geese, which hold a special place in her heart.

Jenny
Jenny has been part of the Mount Tully family for two years and truly loves being part of a small, family-run business. One of her favorite perks? Spending time with all the dogs, of course! She’s even interested in learning how to groom—because, as she puts it, she “apparently doesn’t spend enough time with fur babies!”
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys quality time with her family and relaxing on the couch with Netflix, always with her own fur baby, Maizee, by her side.

Morgan
Morgan has been part of the Mount Tully team since July 2024 and has quickly become known for her love of cats. She especially enjoys caring for the kittens we board, giving them plenty of extra attention.
At home, Morgan has a whole crew of cats—Miso, Chloe, Bear, and her newest addition, Izzy. With her passion for all things cats, it’s no surprise that our barn kitty, Reaper, is one of her biggest fans and gets lots of extra love from her too.

Lorelai
Lorelai has been apart of the Mount Tully team since September 2025. She especially enjoys spending quality time with the boarding dogs, making sure each one feels comfortable, cared for, and loved during their stay. Whether it’s going on long walks, offering plenty of attention, or simply keeping them company, Lorelai is dedicated to ensuring every dog gets the exercise and affection they need. Her passion for animal care shines through in the strong bonds she forms with the dogs and her commitment to their well-being.

Randi
Randi has been a part of Mount Tully Kennels since December 2025. She is someone who is always eager to try new things and learn as she goes. She enjoys staying active and engaged, and one of her favorite parts of the day is taking dogs on walks and spending time outdoors. She has a strong love for animals, especially both dogs and cats, and truly enjoys caring for them. She especially cherishes time spent with her own dog, Koda, who is a big part of her life.

Reaper
Reaper has been part of the Mount Tully Kennel team since June 2024, proudly serving as our designated barn kitty and expert mouser. When he’s not busy hunting or catching up on sleep, his favorite activities include soaking up cuddles and collecting treats from the staff.
Reaper is convinced that every person and animal who visits is his new best friend—so be sure to keep an eye out for him as he makes his rounds!
